CONSULTANT TRAINER- HSE (M/F)

MAIN MISSION

Design, lead and evaluate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) training programs, in accordance with international standards and local legal requirements, in order to strengthen the safety culture within teams.

 Responsibilities

• Design and adapt HSE training modules (face-to-face and digital).
• Lead training sessions for various audiences (operators, technicians, management, managers).
• Raise awareness of good HSE practices (risk prevention, workplace safety, environmental protection).
• Develop educational materials (manuals, presentations, practical cases, e-learning).
• Evaluate participants’ learning and write training reports.
• Advise management and operational staff on good HSE practices.
• Ensure regulatory monitoring and integrate legal and normative updates (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, etc.).

Profile

PROFILE

Training

• Bac+3/5 in QHSE, HSE, Industrial Safety, Environment, or equivalent.
• Recognized HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001, etc.) appreciated.

Experience

• Minimum 5/7 years of experience in HSE training in the mining, industrial, oil & gas, construction or energy sectors .
• Have experience in the mining sector
• Proven experience in leading training in multicultural and/or high-risk environments.

 Technical skills

• Mastery of HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, local and international regulations).
• In-depth knowledge of occupational risk prevention, emergency management, workplace safety, environmental protection.
• Ability to design and adapt modern teaching materials (PowerPoint, e-learning, simulations).
