Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a bilingual (French-English) Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment team in the complete recruitment process for technical, operational and support profiles , mainly in the mining and/or oil sectors . In this position, you will contribute to the quality and efficiency of recruitment . With a good command of digital tools and strong writing skills , you will be involved in all stages of the process (sourcing, interviews, administrative follow-up), with a key role in document management and the use of digital HR tools.

MAIN MISSIONS

Recruitment

  • Write and publish job offers in French and English
  • Source candidates via job boards, social networks, internal databases, etc.
  • Conduct telephone pre-screening and participate in interviews
  • Organize interviews with managers (clients) and follow up with candidates
  • Participate in mass recruitment events

Administrative monitoring and reporting

  • Update application tracking tables
  • Use and optimization of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and automation tools.
  • Candidate database management

Candidate relations & employer brand

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by preparing candidates at every stage with tailored advice

Profile

Training

  • Bac+2/3 in Human Resources or other relevant training

Experience

  • Initial experience in recruitment in the mining or oil & gas sector
  • Experience in a multicultural or English-speaking environment is an asset

LANGUAGES

  • French:fluent
  • English: fluent (oral and written) – compulsory

Technical skills

  • Knowledge of sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of technical professions in the mining or oil sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in Office Pack (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ATS such as Zoho recruit
  • Knowledge of professional social media management to attract candidates

  • Organization, rigor and autonomy
