Job Description
MAIN MISSIONS
Design, lead and evaluate entrepreneurship training programs, in order to provide project leaders and young businesses with the skills necessary to launch, manage and develop sustainable and successful activities.
Responsibilities
- Design training modules on key entrepreneurship themes:
- Identification and validation of business ideas.
- Development of business plans.
- Marketing and sales strategies.
- Financial management and fundraising.
- Governance and entrepreneurial leadership.
- Innovation, digitalization and sustainable entrepreneurship.
- Lead training sessions and practical workshops for a diverse audience (students, project leaders, start-ups, SMEs).
- Offer case studies, role-plays and individual coaching.
- Evaluate participants’ learning and provide constructive feedback.
- Support certain participants in post-training follow-up (mentoring, incubation, strategic support).
- Monitor trends in entrepreneurship, innovation and the local/global economy.

PROFILE
Training
- Bac+4/5 in Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent.
- An additional diploma in teaching, coaching or entrepreneurial support is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in entrepreneurship (business creation and management, support for start-ups, incubators or training programs).
- Proven experience in leading training and practical workshops.
Technical Skills
- Mastery of methods and tools related to entrepreneurship (Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, market studies).
- Solid knowledge in financial management, marketing, innovation and digital.
- Ability to support entrepreneurs in the structuring and development of their projects.
