As part of the expansion of our recruitment team, we are looking for a motivated Research Intern who wants to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in the mining sector or a related industry, as well as a good understanding of English, are valuable assets for the success of this internship.
Main responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Participating in candidate sourcing (advertisements, professional networks, CV databases).
- Contribute to the pre-selection and planning of interviews.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
2. Administration
Implementation and follow-up of application files:
- digital archiving, updating data in the ATS
- Participate in follow-ups with clients and candidates.

Profile
Education & Experience
- Student in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related field.
- Experience in the mining or related sector would be a strong advantage.
Skills & Assets
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS.
- Proficiency in GAMMA and/or Canva software would be an asset.
- Good understanding of the recruitment process.
- Customer service skills.
- Understanding of English highly desirable (reading documents, basic communication).
