As part of the expansion of our recruitment team, we are looking for a motivated Research Intern who wants to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in the mining sector or a related industry, as well as a good understanding of English, are valuable assets for the success of this internship.

Main responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Participating in candidate sourcing (advertisements, professional networks, CV databases).
  • Contribute to the pre-selection and planning of interviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports.

2. Administration

Implementation and follow-up of application files:
  • digital archiving, updating data in the ATS
  • Participate in follow-ups with clients and candidates.

Profil

Profile

Education & Experience

  • Student in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related field.
  • Experience in the mining or related sector would be a strong advantage.

Skills & Assets

  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS.
  • Proficiency in GAMMA and/or Canva software would be an asset.
  • Good understanding of the recruitment process.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Understanding of English highly desirable (reading documents, basic communication).
