PROCESS LABORATORY SUPERVISOR (H/F)

Main missions:

The Process Laboratory Supervisor will be responsible for managing the quality control laboratory for a new mining project. He/she will ensure the efficiency of analyses and the optimization of processes while respecting safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise quality control analyses on mining samples.
• Implement and optimize chemical and physical testing protocols.
• Ensure compliance of procedures with environmental and industrial standards.
• Train and supervise the laboratory team.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to improve processes.
• Write analysis reports and ensure traceability of results.

Profile

• Bac +4/5 in Chemistry, Process Engineering or similar field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an industrial laboratory, ideally in the mining sector.
• Mastery of chemical analysis techniques and ISO standards.
• Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) protocols.
• Analytical mind, rigor and management skills.
