Job Description

MAIN MISSIONS

Design, lead and evaluate training programs relating to Sustainable Development, in connection with environmental, social and economic issues, in order to strengthen CSR culture and support organizations in their transition towards responsible practices.

 Responsibilities

  • Design and adapt training modules around the pillars of sustainable development (environment, social, governance).
  • Lead training sessions for different audiences (students, employees, managers, decision-makers).
  • Develop modern educational materials (presentations, case studies, practical workshops, e-learning).
  • Raise awareness of climate issues, sustainable resource management, carbon footprint reduction and the circular economy.
  • Integrate international standards (SDGs – Sustainable Development Goals, GRI, ISO 26000, Global Compact, etc.) into training programs.
  • Evaluate participants’ achievements and ensure post-training follow-up.
  • Participate in monitoring innovations, regulations and trends related to sustainable development and CSR.

Profile

PROFILE

Training

  • Bac+4/5 in Sustainable Development, Environment, CSR, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Certifications or specializations in CSR, Sustainable Development, ISO 26000 or environmental management appreciated.

 Experience

  • Minimum 5/7 years of experience in the field of Sustainable Development or CSR, with proven experience in training or awareness-raising.
  • Have experience in the mining sector
  • Experience in sectors such as mining, industry, NGOs, public institutions or international companies is an asset.

Technical skills

  • In-depth knowledge of SDGs (UN), ISO 26000, GRI Standards, Global Compact .
  • Mastery of concepts: energy transition, circular economy, carbon footprint, social inclusion.
  • Ability to create and adapt innovative educational materials.
