OFFICE MANAGER

As Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth administrative running of the office and provide support for field operations, liaising with management, site teams, and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the day-to-day management of the office
  • Manage mail, generic emails, and calls
  • Organize physical and digital archiving
  • Prepare administrative documents and reports
  • Monitor supplier and service provider contracts
  • Administrative coordination with sites
  • Prepare site access files (badges, documents)
  • Monitor staff travel (travel, accommodation)
  • Provide logistical support to field teams
  • Act as liaison between the office and operational teams
  • Manage office orders
  • Monitor local suppliers
  • Organize transportation and accommodation
  • Manage administrative supplies and consumables
  • Provide support for equipment imports (administrative documents)
  • Organize meetings and travel
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Write meeting minutes
  • Manage executive calendars
  • Welcome visitors and partners

Profil

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in management, administration, or HR

Required experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager or in a similar position
  • Experience in a mining, industrial, or construction company highly appreciated

Knowledge/Skills and abilities

  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Language skills

  • Proficiency in French (spoken and written)
